-Sun Valley is made up of five distinctive neighbourhoods; Warm Springs, River Run, Ketchum, Sun Valley and Elkhorn.-In the small town of Sun Valley, you'll find the historic Lodge, built to showcase Sun Valley's 1936 opening. Just off the Lodge Terrace is the world-renowned ice rink. Around the corner is the mall with its many shops and restaurants. You'll also find the Sun Valley Inn, the famous round hot pools, a first class 18-hole golf course and the multiple condominium complexes that comprise this intimate village. Smaller than Ketchum, Sun Valley is only one beautiful mile away. Free buses shuttle guests to and from the ski lifts in Ketchum and all surrounding points. All condominiums in Sun Valley offer guests the use of amenities including swimming pools, jacuzzis and saunas.

Sun Valley is surrounded by nearly one million acres of wilderness. Guests are welcome to enjoy year-round recreation activities in this beautiful area. We manage the largest number of condominiums and private homes in the area. We have a large selection of accommodation from studios to fine bedrooms. Through the internet site where your reservation was booked, cancellations must be made 46 days prior to arrival to avoid a loss of the 25 percent of full stay deposit. All cancellations are subject to a 100.00USD cancellation fee.
