The Hawaii Prince is the only hotel in Waikiki with its own golf course. Hotel guests receive preferred tee times, rates and complimentary transportation. 2 tennis courts along with a Peter Burwash instructor are available at the Golf Club. Building Exterior Painting Project Aloha! As part of our ongoing program to continuously refresh our hotel, we are starting our building exterior painting program. Work Hours The painters will be working Monday ?? Friday (except Memorial Day, Kamehameha Day, and July 4th) from 7 am to 4 pm. Any drilling or chipping work will take place after 10 am. Tentative Schedule Since the painting schedule depends very much on weather conditions, The Contractor makes their schedule based on work days, rather than calendar days. The project is estimated to take 89 workdays. The schedule will change pending weather conditions, but this is the tentative schedule: Dates -- Areas affected Mar 22 to Jul 27 -- Hotel Towers to be painted April 13 to Jun 15 -- Pool/Promenade area access is restricted until after 4pm on weekdays. The Pool and whirlpool spa will have extended hours to 9 pm. April 29 to July 27 -- Ala Moana Tower to be painted Pool Operations During the 32 workdays estimated from April 13 to Jun 15, we will be adjusting the pool operations to safely accommodate the painting schedule as follows: -- Special Beach Shuttle ?? the hotel will offer Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm a dedicated beach shuttle continuously running between the Hotel and Ala Moana Beach Park and will include complimentary beach mats and bottled water and will provide towels for use on the beach. The regular Waikiki shuttle will also operate its normal hours from 12 noon to 10 pm. -- Special Evening Pool Hours ?? the hotel will open the pool from 4 pm to 9 pm Monday thru Friday with special nightly events poolside. Nightly events will include Swim-In Movie night, and musical entertainment. A schedule will be posted in the lobby. -- Tower Gardens Sun Deck ?? for guests wishing to bask in the sun, we will have a sunning deck open on the Tower Gardens area on the fifth floor
