Greenview

The Greenview is situated two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, in the heart of South Beach's Art Deco District. Owned and operated by Rubell Hotels, the Greenview was built in 1939 by noted Art Deco architect Henry Hohauser and lovingly refurbished by acclaimed Parisian designer Chahan Minassian in 1995.
