No refunds if reservations are not cancelled prior to arrival.
Any reservation may be cancelled up to 6 days prior to the date
Of arrival:
* will generate a full refund of all payments
* should be cancelled via apollo.
Cancellations within 5 days of the arrival date:
* will result in a forfeiture of a 1 night room and tax
deposit for each room booked.
* any balances will be refunded
