reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to
arrival to receive a refund less 75.00usd cancellation/
handling fee.
-holidays - 25dec-03jan and 13feb-15feb
reservations must be cancelled at least 45 days prior to
arrival to receive a refund less 75.00usd cancellation/
handling fee.
-summer - 27apr-20nov
cancellations made less than 72 hours from arrival are

the length of stay or room type within the 72 hour
penalty period/ no shows/ late arrivals and early
departures are considered cancellations and are non-
refundable. reservations cancelled prior to 72 hours
before the arrival date will be subject to a 25.00usd
processing fee and the remaining balance will be
refunded.
