The Royal Sun Inn occupies the best location in town: nestled against the base of the mountain at the wind-free south end of Palm Springs; less than two miles from the center of downtown and the Convention Center; four miles from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and three miles from the Palm Springs International Airport.

Our goal at the Royal Sun Inn is to create the welcoming Bed and Breakfast atmosphere of a country inn. The first class service reflects our personal involvement with satisfying the needs of our guest. Despite all the recent refurbishing of the Inn, our rates remain very competitive and include an excellent complimentary breakfast consisting of cereals, English muffins, bagels, donuts, pastries, homemade banana bread, fresh fruit, coffee and tea. Breakfast can be enjoyed in our breakfast room, at pool-side or on your private balcony. As always, the friendly, helpful and cheerful staff of the Royal Sun Inn is our greatest asset.
